Dr. Pan graduated as a dental surgeon from School of Dentistry under the Dental faculty of North Sumatera University in Medan, Indonesia, in 2012. Her determination, hard work and achievement enabled her successful completion of the dental degree ahead of the stipulated time allocated by the university curriculum. Her academic prowess was matched only by her commitment to community service and cultural engagement. Even as a student, she spent countless hours volunteering, embodying the spirit of compassion that she carries into her practice today.

Shortly after returning to Malaysia as a highly motivated junior dentist, Dr. Pan then began serving the Pahang community in 2012. Starting as a junior Dental Officer in the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Department and Pediatric Dental Surgery Department, she quickly became known for her skill and empathy.

Dr. Pan then served as a Dental Officer at government outpatient clinics in Kuantan city and also served the community of suburban district Jerantut, Pahang. Her early experiences allowed her to manage a diverse range of cases, from dental trauma to routine care for both adult and children. These formative years shaped her understanding of dentistry as not just a profession but a vital service to the community. Later, Dr. Pan was assigned to be the Clinical Attachment Officer in the Orthodontic Department.

Technological advancement revolutionized the world of dentistry enabling more complicated treatments and solutions which once were just dreams, now available to patients. Dr. Pan then began incorporating these advance technologies to provide better dental treatments in terms of pediatric dentistry, general dentistry and cosmetic dentistry. Her approach reflects her belief that every patient deserves the best available care.

Her commitment to excellence didn't stop there. Dr. Pan pursued further training in the Damon Master Orthodontic Program in Taiwan and obtained certification in Invisalign treatment to help her patients correct malocclusions, aesthetic improvement and obstructive sleep apnea. She understood the importance of aligning not just teeth, but also the self-esteem and confidence of her patients. Additionally, her expertise in Brazilian Digital Smile Design (DSD) empowers patients to visualize their dream smiles, reinforcing her belief that a confident smile can unlock personal potential.

Dr. Pan also holds an Associate Fellowship in Laser Dentistry from the USA, underscoring her dedication to remaining at the forefront of dental advancements. Her continuous pursuit of knowledge benefits not only her patients but also the broader community.
